Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has named a slightly controversial ‘dream five-a-side’ team, snubbing his Blues team-mates.
Not a single Chelsea player makes the line up, though the Spaniard did find room for his old Arsenal team-mate Thierry Henry. Fabregas is not exactly popular with Gunners fans after leaving them for Barcelona in 2011, and soured his reputation even further by then joining their rivals Chelsea in 2014. Still, he’s shown the club is still close to his heart by naming Henry in his team, even though the pair last played together in 2007.

Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo caught watching a video of HIMSELF on Manchester City bench
Cristiano Ronaldo just can’t catch a break at the minute.
The injured Real Madrid attacker was disappointingly ruled out of the crucial first leg semi-final clash with Manchester City on Tuesday night, a game that cried out, begged and pleaded for somebody to find the back of the net. So when the 31-year-old was sat on the bench before the match, looking out across the plush green turf of the Etihad stadium, picturing himself once again being the hero for Real, he knew that a muscle problem was going to keep him away from the action. We all know that in this moment away from the centre of attention, the Portuguese international wants time to relax, he wants to be a normal person like you or I, he wants to quietly slip into the background, listen to Captain Beefheart on the headphones and have a casual stroll through Instagram – you know, to see what his friends are doing that night. So imagine the disappointment when, just for a second the nightmare of not playing was behind him, Gary bloody Lineker goes and starts posting videos about the injury..

Manchester City facing tough task after missed opportunity against Real Madrid
Manchester City's first-ever Champions League semi-final is finely poised after a tense 0-0 draw at the Etihad Stadium, but it felt like a missed opportunity for Manuel Pellegrini's men, writes Nick Wright…
It was just over an hour before kick-off when the news broke. Cristiano Ronaldo, the man with a staggering record of 93 goals in 125 Champions League appearances, the man who dragged Real Madrid into the semi-finals almost single-handedly, would spend his return to Manchester on the sidelines. The Portuguese superstar had failed to recover from a thigh injury despite his manager's pre-match assertion that he would be "100 per cent" fit, and as he wandered around the tunnel at the Etihad Stadium and took his seat in the stands before kick-off, the stage was set for City to take advantage.
